Whether leading the development or joint venturing, our principles bring their expertise to the projects. Whether residential, commercial, affordable housing and renovations. 

We see a great need for affordable housing across America especially amongst Black Americans and People of Color. 

While homelessness is a nationwide crisis, Black people in America are disproportionately affected, with Black individuals making up nearly 40 percent of the homeless population despite comprising only 13 percent of the U.S. population according to the National Alliance to End Homelessness.

The National Association of Realtors releases an annual " Snapshot of Race and Home Buying in America "The 2024 report states that while Black home ownership increased, with more Black people transitioning to home ownership, the Black and White home ownership rate gap is higher than it was a decade ago, with Black people trailing by 28 percentage points.

The report examines affordability challenges, access to credit and racial discrimination in real estate practices.

KM1 Next Level Partnership LLC was formed to regain and retain economic power of Black and Brown Rural and Urban Communities of color through real estate development, purchasing, selling, and managing interest in real estate. Our ultimate purpose is to improve economically distressed Black and Brown Communities including areas designated as Qualified Opportunity Zones, Rural Development areas etc. as a socially responsible company.

It is our hope to regain ownership through buying back assets in those communities. We desire to become the center of the economy of empowerment, revitalizing and using renewable energy (solar) to build energy efficient sustainable neighborhoods and attract funding to assist in enhancing underrepresented communities.
